Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll connect by phone or video call to discuss your space, your goals, the type of content you need, and how you plan to use the final images and videos.

02 — Plan the Vision

Once I understand your goals, we’ll create a tailored shot list and visual plan for the project. We’ll identify the spaces, details, perspectives, and moments we want to capture, while leaving room for creative ideas to naturally come through during the shoot.

03 — Prepare Your Space

Before the shoot, I’ll provide guidance on how to prepare the property so it photographs its best. We’ll also confirm the schedule, access details, styling, and any final project needs.

04 — The Shoot

This is where we bring the vision to life. I’ll photograph and/or film the property using a combination of clean, professional compositions and more artistic perspectives, details, and lifestyle moments that showcase the personality of the space.

05 — Editing & Curation

After the shoot, I carefully select and edit the strongest images and video clips. Each piece is thoughtfully edited to create a cohesive collection that feels polished, natural, and true to the space.

06 — Your Content, Delivered

Your final photography and video will be delivered through a private online gallery, ready to use across your website, social media, listing platforms, and marketing materials. If your project includes social media content, I'll organize those assets with their intended platforms and formats in mind
